Which store in BP sells cheap Plastic Mattress Covers just to throw out a mattress?
Legally you have to have mattresses covered in plastic to leave them at the curb.

You can buy a cheap zippered mattress cover at ABC Discount but be careful it rips easily.
Btw, if you're getting a new mattress, it's delivered in a heavy duty plastic and you can use that to dispose of the old one.

Thanks, a tenant threw one out and I hear if you put a mattress out with no cover, you get fined $100.
