What's not good is ordering from places which say "all ingredients made from ...hechsher". That is not a hechsher. They may not know all the relevant halochos when it comes to baking in large quantities, taking challah, bug checking etc. Obviously it could be absolutely fine but someone I know once asked a shaila upon receiving such a gift breakfast and was told they needed to find out more information about the person, references and what they know etc.. You can't just rely on such a statement when it comes to a food business.
