Which is easier to prepare ? More child friendly?

Silver tip is dry unless you make it rare.
Deckle pastrami is more spicy than corned beef. Think of hot sliced pastrami
Go with the pickled corned beef. Child friendly and easy to prepare. Think of hot sliced corned beef.

Pickled corned beef is easy to prepare plain by boiling and you can serve sliced with mustard, or
sweet condiments etc. on the side.
Probably most child friendly but many children like pastrami as well.
