I had a baby, and my 2.5 year old is out of control. Not jealous per se, but acting out in general and being very tough and aggressive (in a friendly way, usually) with the baby. I'm scared to nurse my baby around him! But in the morning and afternoon I have no choice! How can I help him adjust , calm down, and be happy again?

It's normal for kids to act out when mom has a baby. He's used to being the baby. Give him as much attention as possible. Try to have him "help" with the baby. Bring you a diaper or paci or help pat the baby. Have him sit with you when you nurse and read him a book. Remember that he's still a baby himself and needs to be babied.
