Are there any free filters? I don't need fancy software, just a simple thing to block inappropriate pictures of ads on sites and the like. Does that exist? When I do a search for filters, I'm finding apps to manipulate photos for instagram...
Thanks!

K9 doesn't let you download their filter anymore.

Are you just looking for an adblocker? Search "adblock" or "ad blocker" and you'll find many. They usually need to be installed as an extension to a specific browser, and are available for desktop and mobile browsers. I'm currently using Adguard, although I have used AdBlock+ happily for quite a while in the past also.
If you are looking for an actual "parental control filter" (another good term for googling) then you can try Qustodio, which has a decent free option.
