I've got a bad cold so my husband is doing the grocery shopping and we're both working from home. So yes, we're doing our part.

Why shouldn't we?

Again, why wait until the school tells us what to do?

Are your kids home??
Please answer the question.
According to you your husband shouldn't be going grocery shopping either.
DH can't work from home. So as long as everything is open, he'll be working.

You still didn't mention your own kids, so I'm assuming they are still in school.
If you think it's such a horrible thing for kids to still be in school, make a statement by keeping your own kids home.

Feel better, though.

Of course my kids are home!

You just directly hit the point of misinformation.

For healthy adults under 60, it is simply not "a lot worse".

I realize this is not in line with the mass hysteria the media has created, but research the data yourself. Shouldn't take more than 5 minutes. Try,

there is a curve. there is always a curve.

some adults will get very sick and need hospital care - and some won't.

the "hysteria" is about containment.

When did I say that?

Are you trying to compare a day at school and a trip to the grocery?

Again, my kids are home! They're eating pizza bagel as we speak. Do you need a photo?

Ok, as long as you practice what you preach, I can't really argue.
Good for you for standing behind what you believe in.

I may not agree with you, but I respect you.
