Hi. Does anyone have any recommendations for Pesach Cookbooks? As I am ordering online it is hard to get a sense of which ones to choose. Also besides cookbooks are there any other places that would be a good resource for Pesach recipes?
Thanks

Personally I think you can use any cookbook most are good for pesach. Miriam Pascal's and one of Susie Fishbein's that I know of have adaptations at the back for most recipes to make them pesachdike.
It's all about common sense. Just skip the ones with puff pastry. Recipes for meat, vegetable dishes, soups, salads, most of these can be eaten at Pesach time and if you have to miss out a few fancy ingredients doesn't matter.

I'm planning to use kosher.com for pesach or online forums since don't want to use the ones I use in the year nor have to buy new ones for one week a year when I'll probably only make a few of the recipes in a pesach cookbook anyway. Don't need another recipe for salmon;)

If your regular recipe books have a Pesach section, you can either scan or take photos of any recipe that looks interesting. That way you can have it available for Pesach without using the chametz book.
Or you can be old fashioned and just copy the recipe onto a card. Easier to use that way than on a phone.

Darchei Torah of Detroit has a great Pesach cookbook.
Also, Julie Hauser is coming out with a new edition of her cook ahead/crockpot cookbook.
