Hi!
Does anyone have a really good recipe for Pareve biscuits or English muffins?

I want to surprise my kids and figured I may as well use up the chametz ingredients in the process...

Haha!
I don't know if you can call it bragging if I don't have a recipe yet... (Means I never made it before!)

By "biscuit", do you actually mean "cookie" but in British? Or do you mean like a bread type of food?

Good for you!

Biscuits are super easy. Doubly so for baking powder-based ones

If I don't feel like making chalavi simanim, then I make them parve. Just replace the milk with water, and the butter with oil. Knead as little as possible, and roll out your oil biscuits a little thicker than you would a butter one. 10-15 minutes in the oven, and voila, enjoy!

(And btw, totally worth doing the last stage with your kids. You can use cups as cutters so everyone can do it together, and then they get to see how poofy they got in the oven, and everyone enjoys them hot!)

Would you be able to post the recipe?
