Need to order asap. I can't use my stove top and I am looking for recommendations of brands/models that will cook soups, hard boiled eggs, applesauce and things like that nicely for pesach.

Me too. Bonus if it can be found on Amazon and delivered within a week.

If you can get to an amazing savings, yes they are open, they have some very good burners.
