I received an egg delivery today- I ordered a case and thought there were 15 dozen. I got 30 dozen 
I read online that eggs could be frozen without the shells.
Anyone done that? Seemed a bit strange.

You can freeze it without but ask your lor if you have to add spices or sugar because of peeled egg overnight

Is there an expiration date on the boxes?
When I buy from the farm I’m told a month if stored room temp and 2 months in the fridge.
