Told you I'd be back! I had it once as a little.girl at a friend's house. It was magical.

Was I imagining it? Is it real?

Slices of meat product fried. Crispy on the outside mushy in the inside and salty and somewhat sweet.

Again I've only seen frozen parve kishka.

Teaxh me about meat kishka and how to prepare and eat it.

(Sephardi here who happens to love the heavy European foods lol)

Meal Mart Kishke is meat I have no idea if it has the taste of what you had.. because it could be it has a minuscule amount of meat in it. Sorry I don't have a recipe....

I have never heard of meat inside kishke but by definition it would be fleishik since it is stuffed intestine from a cow. At least that is how it was traditionally made.

I haven’t had it in years but I remember a crispy tyoe of exterior kind of like an old fashioned hot dog which also used casings.
