Boil for about three hours. Cool and slice, reheat in your preferred sauce.

place in a pot and fill 1/3 to halfway with water. cook for at least 2 hours and it's better if you leave it for 3 to get softer. no need for spices since it comes ready spiced. Feel free to add in whatever you want though such as onions etc. This is the easiest recipe though.

Meat that's already pickled just needs cooking, though I usually do throw in a bay leaf and some peopercorns. Cover with water and cook for hours until it's nice and soft.
