DH is so sick and I am petrified of catching it from him. Anyone else checking their smell all day?

Apparently, in their 1 study on the subject, only 1/3 of people had that symptom.
It's tempting to focus our energy on something we feel we can control, but eating healthy food and getting enough sleep are likely to be better use of your time.

It's definitely giving me much more of an appreciation of my ability to smell and taste. They go together so if you lose your sense of smell you also don't taste anything. I was so grateful to enjoy a couple of coffee this morning!
