Can anyone recommend a food processor that isn't expensive as a Braun? I really like the Braun food processor and use it during the year but I want to buy a cheaper one for pesach that still works well and is easy to clean. I've read some reviews online about cheaper food processors getting food stuck in certain parts which you can't clean so they end up getting moldy. Any input is appreciated.

Do you have a link to the one you're referring to? I see there are a few different models online.

We haven’t used it yet (just bought because we’re making Passover for the first time), but after reading a lot of reviews we settled on this one:

We figured that for $40, we could take the risk.

This one has a strong motor and a fine shred which most don't. I love mine.
Replaced my 14 cup pro Cuisinart with this after getting one for Pesach and appreciating it more. Lightweight as well.

Another vote for Hamilton beach. I got this one from Walmart:

It was only $50 and I like it a lot more than my $160 cuisinart which leaks all over the place

I got this one on Amazon for Pesach several years ago and have been very happy with it:

I have it and I really like it. Replaced my own smaller Cuisinart.
