I found gefilte fish and salmon in fish sauce in the freezer.
It is from last pesach
Is it still good?

No, 4-6 months for cooked fish in the freezer. 2-3 for raw. (source: FDA)

You have to be extra careful with fish. Follow FDA guidelines as listed above.
