Tomorrow morning at 7 is my big shopping trip at a kosher store's senior hour. To celebrate my big outing, I made myself a mask out of denim. I took a picture of myself in it and my kids think that I look like a robber. I am officially complaining that I got no compliments on my creative endeavor.

I have migraine
My son doesn’t stop kvetching
I’m and sick and tired of cooking 3 times a day and cleaning up 200 times a day
I’m restless
I don’t want to make Pesach

Oh. That’s not fair
Can you post here so you get the credit you deserve? Or you can pm me a pic . I’d love to see your creative denim 😷.

You summed it up perfectly for what’s going on here...

Phew, thanks for approving it!!!
so many things we can't do... at least we have our inalienable kvetching rights restored here.

DS#2 is still in quarantine in our guest suite — and yes, he has Coronavirus — so I can't go in there to get the mosquito dunks and water lily vitamins for our little pond.

DH is at home with the kiddies and I'm working.
Since there is no daycare I'm working a full day.
While I'm appreciative of this I'm finding it very hard to cook, clean and make pesach.

I hate my broom.
There I said it.
My husband bought it because he loves the style and how it feels in his hand.
I hate it.
I want to buy a new one, but I can't go to the store, and I am not ordering one on Amazon- too risky that I won't like how it feels.
And I hate the non-stop rainy weather.

My 11-year-old cat has liver cancer and heart failure. It won't be long before we have to say goodbye to each other. He's the best cat I've ever had. Seriously. I'm gutted.
Also, I'm facing Passover alone (thank goodness for Zoom!) and I've done literally nothing. And the only Passover store near me has no senior's hours.
I'm not usually a Debbie Downer, but I think I've earned it.

Im sorry. Truly. That's all really rough.

Anyone here?

I am overdue to have my hair color touched up and the grey wisps are starting to get me down. I would never had said this if you hadn't approved any and all kvetches!
(I actually have the dye at home, but I stopped doing it myself when a hair almost went into my eye. Having vision is more important than looking young to myself in the mirror!)
At least I lost a few pounds and inches due to going on a serious low-carb diet. And if I am tempted to cheat, I remind myself that people with blood sugar issues are more at risk... that's pretty motivating!

Kvetching update: I called the store and they're open so I'm running over. What I don't get I won't have. It'll just mean eating more fruits and veggies, which is better for me anyway. But I will kvetch if they don't have 17 flavours of macaroons.

Hopefully they'll have it.
But if chv they don't, we'll see you back on this thread to validate your kvetching.
And I don't even like macaroons.

Kids are alternating between being the sweetest things and almost sending each other to the hospital. This situation is triggering my depression and it's scaring me to feel this way after being in such a good place for so long. It's scaring my husband too and when he's scared for my mental health he withdraws which makes it worse. He's a good one and he really tries but he's human. I'm gaining weight.
