Just got over a week cold and Now can’t smell or taste

Isn’t it weird?? I hade a huge cold and fever that went up and down weirdly 99 to 101 for 8 days. I didn’t have a fever and my cold is almost over for two days. So why just today I can’t smell or taste anything?

People have reported loss of the senses taste and smell as corona virus symptoms.

Sounds like you have Covid19. It’s a classic symptom at this point.

Based on your symptoms you had Corona - loss of taste and smell seems to be one of the classic symptoms.

Not surprising since there are lots of cases already, and the virus is spreading rapidly. The odds are it's carona, although it's possible that it's not.

When one loses these senses with a cold, when one blows her nose, she can smell. With corona one can't.

How long do I Need to quarantine? From the start of my fever. I feel all better now except no taste or smell. It’s really weird that chocolate only tastes sweet but I don’t feel the chocolate at all.

I also just realized I lost my sense of smell . I could still taste although not as strong as before and I'm running a low fever
I guess this corona is really spreading all over

I'm freaking out a tiny little bit as were making our first pesach and we still have a few things to shop
Most places deliver but it's not the same
