For anti nausea meds bc I can't keep paracetamol down long enough to bring my fever down. I googled and apparently only 5 percent of people with the virus have nausea. What's wrong me?! This is a nightmare Can't Believe It

So sorry for you. Happy you reached out to a doctor.
You need to make sure you aren’t dehydrated. See if you can get power aid down. Maybe you need an IV line to give you fluids, it’s very important.

Thanks so much! I'm trying to drink...I've not got power aid. It's the middle of the night 5.05 here in the uk so I'll have to manage until my Dr sees the message.

Thank you I'm glad I'm not the only one. I'm scared to go to hospital. Bh I don't think I have to at this point. Scared that I'll never come out and be another statistic cv. I'm only 32! Have young kids...I need to recover:/

Can you get ahold of paracetamol suppository? So it’ll get absorbed in your body.

Not now in the night. Bh I think my fever is down now, I'm not shaking anymore etc. Just hope I don't throw up again bc I can't take it.

Here is what I heard from an asken who has helped many with the virus in Monsey and has seen success:

Take tons of vitamin C 3 times a day

Take zinc about 120 mg a day because the body uses tons of it during this virus

Drink lots of hot drinks because the heat weakens the virus. Also your body needs lots of fluid to fight this virus.

Vitamin D is also helpful

Do not take Ibuprofen

Continue doing the above even if you feel better. Many reported that they felt terribly sick a week after they had felt better already. The virus is still there so keep doing the above.

All the above should be taken by everyone, because the body fights the virus quietly without us knowing, BEFORE we feel sick at all. So for the chance that we might have it, we should take those things.

This asken said that those who had to be hospitalized, didn't do the above.

Drink warm water with fresh lemon squeezed into it to help with dehydration.

Also if you're into natural stuff, nux vomica is being recommended for This symptom the the virus.

1 quart water
3⁄4 teaspoon table salt

I was so so nauseous!! I couldn't keep food or water down. I was so dizzy it felt like I'm drifting in no man's land.

I finally went to the dr today and was given a Zofran shot on the spot.
I also got a script for Zofran and IV which hatzalah later set me up on.

Please don't hesitate one second to call hatzalah or to go to your doctor or to ask for proper treatment.

I thought hey I'm youngish, not coughing, my breathing is fine I should not abuse the system but I'm happy I got over that silliness and allowed myself to get the help I needed.

My husband says I looked like a dead person.
Bh I feel better now

I felt exactly like that without vomiting...
I’m drinking so much now don’t want to end up in the hospital
