Looking for a recipe for a Yerushalmi Kugel or a sweet kugel using potatoes.

Not sure how you would do that, but you can try spaghetti squash for a mock yerushalmi kugel.

grate potatos, add yerushalmi kugel spices and bake. enjoy

Mock Sweet Noodle Kugel

5 large potatoes, shredded with fine shredding blade
3 eggs
1/2 c oil
3/8 c sugar
Pinch of salt

Mix till eggs and potatoes are combined well. Can use a large spoon to mix.

Pour into a 9-inch round pan. Bake at 425 for 1 hour.

If you want to make it ahead and freeze it, cover well with aluminum foil and then put in a ziploc bag.

This kugel is absolutely delicious and a family favorite.
