My husband is trying to file for unemployment but it’s saying he has a diff account so it won’t work. We try calling first thing in the morning but the phones are already busy. Anyone have experience reaching them by phone or any other ideas how to file? Thank you

You can try opening a new account with a different username and email address

Thanks. That does not work either because as soon we put in his ss# it says the same thing....
