Where could I take my kids for a walk in the Monsey area? No playground. The lesser people around, the better, if I could ask for that?
I live in a very dense area and there are no sidewalks.
Thanks!

Eugene levy playground is cautioned off with caution tape. I take my kids every day to walk/bike ride around the lake or walking trails. Been very empty.

Has rattlesnakes. It's not where I would take kids.

Oy!
Really I don’t need a big trail because they are young.
Any other ideas?

Rockland Lake
Tallman Mountain State Park
Nyack Beach State Park
Kennedy Dells
Bear Mountain
Saddle River County Park (nice biking trails)
Ramapo Valley Reservation (gorgeous waterfall)
Kakiat Park
Smaller local parks with short walking paths:
Children's Park
Willow Tree Park
Viola Park (Manny Weldler)
Borough Park in NJ
Greg Sikorsky Park
Demarest Kill County Park
The smaller parks have less space on the trails/paths.
