I always make scrambled eggs in sandwich maker when I am in hotels for brkfst. spray well, beat eggs in a bowl first with salt (plastic bowl,fork) pour in, I also tear a slice of cheese in small pieces to add taste. close sandwich maker. DONT MIX. 2 minutes or so, it slides right out and tastes delish.

I've been making them in small foil pans with lots of oil over a very very low flame. Mix carefully and quickly in short bursts with the hardest disposable plastic utensil you have (like the hard clear spoons that are nice and thick)

You probably have your pesach stuff out already, just thought I'd share, in case it benefits someone,sometime. I made scrambled eggs in the instant pot today, on saute mode. Worked well.

The ones that go on angle like grills I turned over because cover is flat so eggs shouldn't slide down.
