Can someone please explain to me in short what the stories in these books are?
I’m looking to borrow it from someone but I’d like to know what it’s about before I take it.

Basically novel #1 is about a boy who is the son of a holocaust survivor. The father recognizes a Frum visitor in his shul as one of the nazi guards in a concentration camp he had been in..the man denies it.
Novel #2 is more about the man and his life story, including during the war
I don't want to spoiler it for you. I will just say I read both as a young teen and I don't recall being traumatized or anything overly graphic. Then again that was over 20 years ago and we were used to less sanitized holocaust reading. Ask your friend what she thinks.
