I finally broke down and got some for our family. They are cloth and washable, made by a local seamstress.

I made two.
Use thin fabric for comfort and leave a pocket for a filter if that’s what you need.

I went to Rite Aid on 13/51 in BP, and after hearing that they dont have any, I walked down the block to Boro Pharmacy New Utrecht/51. They sold me a box of 50 for $80. Then I looked on Amazon and saw I could get them for less than half the price. Im sure the ones I got at Boro Pharmacy are no better. I feel gyped.

Did you we any with prime shipping. They all had long shipping times. There were none with prime because amazon is giving to hospitals.

What is a normal price for n95 masks?

I sewed them out of denim. They cover most of the surface of our faces and we look like robbers. I decided that if I have to go out anywhere, I will put dry Swiffer cloths inside as filters. DH was injured a few weeks ago, had surgery and still can't drive and I have to take him to the surgeon after Pesach and I have to go to the endocrinologist. I am not sure if we can do telemedicine for these appointments.
DH puts his mask on to go outside and get the mail.

Knit fabric is too porous. A good mask needs tightly woven cloth.
