Or is there any barbers opened?

Everyone just has really long hair or is DIYing it.

I can't find a source right now, but I am guessing if iyH the restrictions are lifted before sefira is over that the rabbanim will classify this as a case of a person who got out of jail and will allow haircuts then.

and it might not come in time. Dh said then he will ask a Shaila about doing it on chol hamoed or right after and keep sefirah from Rosh chodesh

I cut my husbands hair and I am still alive to talk about it. I was so nervous.
My neighbor cut her husbands hair. She cut off has his payis.
We will all have stories to tell when this is over.

it's a big problem. We can't cut hair in sefirah. and many of us don't have the know-how to manage around payos.

Just realize I don't know what DH is going to do!
I can't cut DH's hair! Can't go to Mikvah. Work in a hospital and the risk of exposure is too great.

Maybe I can talk DS thru DH's hair?!?
That or just let DH look unkempt and homeless-who is going to see him anyway?

assuming all of this is over soon - which we can't assume - I assume rabonim will allow haircuts during sefira. it's like being in prison with no choice.
