I find that Pesach cakes work better when you make a layer cake, but I haven't yet found a good recipe for a cream.

delicious pesach chocolate cream: 1 lb baking chocolate melted
1 TBSP coffee diluted
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
mix in food procces with S blade, refrigerate 1/2 hour or more
Dangerously Yum!

Chocolate Cream Filling
-10 yolks
-2 cups sugar
-1 1/4 cups oil
-5 Tbsp cocoa
Combine all ingredients, and stir over double broiler for 1 hour until mixture becomes a cream. (Stir occasionally.)

That sounds perfect! All ingredients we use, and no raw eggs in the end product!

I made it, and it's delicious. Can this recipe be frozen? (If so, I'll make more for the second days.)
