Does anyone have a Pesach cake recipe that does not use oil, cocoa or other processed ingredients?
I made the one bowl coffee cake but want variety. If anyone played around with that recipe that would also work.
I need exact measurements please.

8 egg whites whipped till firm peaks
1 cup liquid sugar drizzled slowly into egg whites while beating.
In another bowl:
3 bananas mashed
4 egg yolks
1 cup ground nuts
Gently mix the egg whites into the banana mixture. Pour into 9x13 pan and bake at 350 until top is browned fully.
Delicious banana cake

Thank you "tp3" and "soap suds".
Can I make the bananas cake with regular sugar or does it need to be liquid?

Not judging, just wondering- why is sugar not considered processed and usable?

My grandparents didn't use sugar either btw.
We only purchase select extremely basic ingredients that we are unable to make ourselves.
