When I logged in to claim weekly benefit the site tells me to call the phone number. I have called hundreds of times over the past 2-3 weeks and either got a busy signal or it hung up on me. I am running out of money literally. What should I do? HELP!!!

I think the system crashed. Daven to Hashem for money and try after Yom tov!

I had the same.... keep trying online. If it still doesn’t go through, you’ll have to call after yom tov sometime close to midnight, maybe then you’ll get through

Tried over 1,000 times and did not get through. Extremelly frustrating!!

Same experience. I think just keep trying... I think their just overwhelmed by the amount of calls eventually it will die down and hopefully we’ll get full back pay. In the meantime it’s very frustrating.
