I found this recipe for flan
8 eggs
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
1 cup shredded coconut
Blend in blender very well
Pour into tin
Place in a Bain Marie and bake 350
check after 30 minutes
I figured if liquid sugar is 1 part sugar 1 part water use 1 cup of sugar water and 1 cup water
I haven’t tried it
The recipe calls to make caramel on the bottom, but I don’t think it’s possible
