Cold vanilla ice cream over warm chocolate fudge cake. DD makes it from scratch. Delicious.

Yeah it's actually really easy!

1 C oil
1 C brown sugar
1 C cake meal
1/2 C white sugar
1/2 C applesauce (I used one of those applesauce snack cups)
3/4 C potato starch
A little cinnamon
Frozen cranberries (you can use chocolate chips, but cocoa bean allergy Smile I used blueberries first days, but then I found out Baby has a blueberry allergy)

Muffin tin, 350, probably around 30-40 min, just keep checking to see if done

Our lettuce was so bitter. Great for the seder, but not for salads.

I’ll have to ask my husband lol. He made it! It was dairy with heavy cream, eggs, vanilla and the mousse was heavy cream and 72% chocolate.

Pulled meat from kosher.com. Subbed what I had for what I didn't.

Came out so good, making it again for Shabbos.

First time I have a pesach oven

I made Bas Hinda's chocolate cake and it turned out excellent! Credit goes to Chocolate Moose on this forum

And also I made *Jeff Katz's Hungarian chocolate cake too but didn't have the time to cut it before Shabbos (it was still warm) and assemble it with apricot jam and frosting.
Both are made without potatoe starch or matza meal. We don't eat gebrockt.

*Credit goes to Jeff Katz whose recipe was published in "Taste of Passover Cookbook" by The Jerusalem Post.

I cooked very simply this year and also didnt have the opportunity to eat any meals at family or friends. I made an incredible brisket and delicious chocolate chip cookies. Those were probably the standouts.

Can I have the brisket recipe please?
