I ground up liver, hardboiled eggs, raw onions, cooked potatoes, oil and salt and froze it into containers. When I defrosted it for the meals on pesach, it was watery and not as good as when fresh. Is this because of the raw onion I put in? Or cooked potato? If I had just ground up liver, eggs, oil, and spices would that have been better?
