Non citizens are not allowed to enter Israel. A website should not even let you book unless you're flying on an Israeli passport.
But best to speak to a travel agent and the airlines directly.
I would not take any chances.

the funeraul directors in florida wanted three thousand dollars to drive my late dad to ny to be flown to israel my sister out her foot down they later called and said it would be 500 dollars we paid it .

I'm skeptical, to say the least.

You do realize that the fact that the FAA approved flights TO Tel Aviv, and the fact that Delta is selling tickets, does not mean that those flights will be allowed to land, right?

Israel has not even started talking about incoming tourism. There were arguments last week over whether we should allow Israelis to continue coming in on rescue flights.

My FIL died a month ago. In order to be buried in Israel the family had to get a letter testifying that he did not have Covid.
