My 7 month old is allergic to:
Dairy
Eggs
Fish
Beef
Nuts
Peanuts
Chocolate
Apples
Blueberries
So far, for supper I've been giving him rice/oats and veggies. I want to drop another feeding and give him real food for a second meal. What should I give him? I know I can rinse and repeat, but I want to give him a variety.
TIA

I do BLW- My baby doesn’t have teeth yet and I give her chicken. I cut it up into really small pieces for her and she eats it herself

Chicken: either cut into tiny pieces and he'll learn to gum, or if that makes you nervous, buy a cheap fleshig blender and blend your chicken soup chicken.
pasta: I overcook some of the elbows and would give her half a piece at a time. She would gum it nicely.

Bananas Or other fruit such as mango or pears and Cheerios for breakfast
Sweet potato, carrots butternut squash (orange veggie) for lunch
Chicken and green veggie (peas, avocado, green beans) for dinner
You can purée any of those, or cut into bite sized pieces if your doing baby led weaning.
So exciting your baby is starting to eat solids!

I’ve never given my baby raisins but they are harder to chew- chicken is soft so it’s not hard to chew!

You cannot replace breast milk with food at this age. Food is supplementary until age 1 - to help add calories to baby’s diet or to introduce eating skills. If you want to cut out nursing, you need to replace with formula.
