Was so excited someone found this for me for Pesach. I normally buy Wisdom Natural brand but I wanted s/t for Pesach.
The funny thing is, the ingredients say Sucrose & then Stevia, but it's zero calories. If it's really sucrose I.e. sugar that would make no sense.
I'm afraid it's sucralose which I stay far away from. No website or email listed.. I guess I can try to call them during office hours.
Anyone have ideas?

It is legal to write zero calories if there are fewer than 5 calories per serving.

Sucrose it is a form of sugar that has been processed and therefore has no calories, but still a processed ingredient. Best sweetener is Stevia with no added ingredients or pure honey or maple syrup with moderation

Sucrose is common sugar (a disaccharide composed of glucose and fructose). Sucralose is an artificial sweetener derived from sucrose.
