Thanks. What are the lines like? Do you know if they'll let you take for a friend's kids?

Do you have any additional info or contact info? Do you have to be part of that school to go? Can parents pick up for their kids?

No, anyone can come to take it for kids under 18 y old. Parents can pick up for their kids and their siblings'/friends' families.
They give it on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
It's located on East 15 between ave P and Kings Hwy.

Why don't you try your own kid's schools?

There's a list of the public schools with kosher food - maybe one of them is near you?. I've seen posters say you have to get there early because some places run out.

Try Cheder.
You need to know which days the distribution are.
It’s not daily.
They will ask your last name, but they have never asked if I’m a parent (which I’m not).

The government. The schools make a fortune on this program. they give $2 worth of food and bill about $8 per lunch.

No way it’s a business not a chessed. They petitioned with the government to let them give out more meals. It’s a huge business people make millions providing lunches for schools it’s an amazing business to be in. It’s not easy getting the contracts.

That is what I thought. So why are they making the owner of the pizza shop or restaurants serving the food sound like heros?

Does anyone know who in Flatbush(or Boro Park) is giving out on Sunday? If they're giving on Sunday for a few days even better. I don't live in Brooklyn, but in a different area of NYC where they don't give out meals. can't come during the week because of work and long distance learning, but money is reallly tight and this would be a big help. On Sunday I am available to come.
