He’s done by 10 am
He wants to make kiddush at this time
I need some ideas of what to serve that’s savory and tasty at room temperature

You need mezonot, so if he doesn't want cake, how about some kind of pasta salad? Or crackers and dips?

Crackers for mezonot we’ll have

Quiche is a good idea
Is it ok room temp?
What flavor?
I’m going to need a good recipen

What else can I add
A feta salad?
We don’t usually eat salad so early in the am

Quiche is fine at room temperature. If he prefers it warm, he could put it on the platta before davening.

Apart from having mezonot, there's no rules. Use whatever salad dressing he would enjoy.

You could also make some savoury muffins, or kugels baked in muffin pans. Broccoli and cheese, or onion, or carrot would be good options. You could make a big batch and freeze them so they would last a few weeks.

We generally do cake, cheese, and fish. Then skip the fish at lunch.

Another option is crackers and dips.

I like this idea but we don’t mix dairy with fish
But I guess we can do the fish course and later on the meat course

So skip the cheese. We serve it for family members who don’t like fish.
