I might be a little too late but really it's never too late.
Whoever still has leftover unopened boxes of pesach cookies and cakes that are GLUTEN FREE, there's places you can drop it off and light up peoples houses.
You can email glutenfreegemach@gmail.com for a list of addresses.

Can I just point out that Pesachdik doesn't necessary mean gluten-free because some products contain matzo meal...

Also the gluten free products made with kitnios ingredients are much tastier then potato starch.
