I am not sure if I should be worried.
I bike every day and have no problem with no soreness afterwards.
Today after biking several miles my thigh started hurting so badly I couldn’t walk on it I had to stop mid workout.
I have no idea if this is normal. I can barely stand on my feet now. Has anyone experienced this level of after workout pain?
Should I be worried?
