My 13 yr old can be so unpleasant. I know he's bored and needs something to look forward to. He's ruining the atmosphere at home. Always calling siblings bad names, picking fights; or putting them down. I have no patience left. I hate what my house has become. Long shabbos day is adding to his boredom.
How do I get a bored unpleasant kid back on track? He will not play any board or card games. He won't learn. Rarely he'll read a book.
I buy and prepare special treats to break up shabbos afternoon but it's not enough.
I'm tired of his attitude.
