My 11 month old baby does not have any teeth yet and is not a good eater ( dislikes baby food, gags easily on solids etc). He really likes soup though bh! I’ve been giving him lots of chicken soup and blended veg soup. Any ideas for blended soups that are nutritious and delicious ( for the rest of the family as well!)

If you're in quarantine and not looking for extra problems I have a little secret to share... you probably dont need recipes to help your baby be happy and healthy iyH
You can cook almost any produce and legume and blend with a pinch of salt. Sautéing onions at the beginning is always recommended.
I also blend my chicken soup with the vegetables after shabbat.
Good luck

My staple is blended carrot-potato soup... (with starchy potatos)... proportion about 1:1 in weight
That's really easy to digest and quite neutral in taste...

Pumpkin soup might work too.. It's a bit sweet... add a starchy potato...

Broccoli soup is so easy to make and delicious.
My recipe
I cook frozen broccoli with salt to taste
When ready I blend it. Than I add frozen cut leek and cook some more until soft
When ready to serve I add a little bit milk to taste. Yummy

I always make "the back of the freezer" soup.

Take whatever is in the back of your freezer, adjust spices to taste, and blend.

Zehu!

Sorry, didn’t have time to reply until now!

Butternut squash soup:
Big onion, sautéed
1 butternut squash, cubed
2 sweet potatoes, cubed
1 red pepper, diced
Pepper
Water to just cover

Boil and cook 45 min. Blend.

Zucchini soup:
1-2 onions, sautéed
7 zucchini, chunks, with peel on
1-3 potatoes, peeled and chunks
Salt and pepper
Water to almost cover

Boil and cook 40 min. Blend.

Carrot zucchini soup:
4 zucchini
1 onion
1 carrot
4 Tbsp onion soup mix
Salt and pepper
6 cups water

Peel and cube all veggies. Add osm spices and water. Boil and cook 1 hr 15 min. Blend.

ETA- I don’t sauté anything in any of these recipes. Just chunk, dump and cook all together. My family loves them!
Also, I barely used any salt when making for a baby.

Red Lentil soup- make sure the you use the red/orange ones since they cook down much more than the green ones. You can even give it a quick blend at the end

My pediatrician said he has slight posterior tongue tie but advised me not to snip. That was when he was a baby having difficulty taking bottle. At this age he’s probably too old?

This is very possibly why he's struggling with feeding. He's not too old but he would probably need to work with someone before and after to help him relearn how to use his tongue properly.
Where are you located?
You can pm me, if you want more info.

4 sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
1 can pumpkin
1/2 bag frozen butternut squash

Boil the potatoes just covered with water until soft. Stir in pumpkin and then butternut squash.

For family I would season with cardamom salt and onion powder and a pinch of black pepper.

You can make this sweet (Breakfast) with brown sugar or vanilla and cinnamon.
