I have tons of milk, bananas and yogurt. I would like to use them up but would usually combine with some sort of berry- like strawberries. I dont have those. What else do you use to make smoothies that taste yummy?

Thank you - it's for picky kids that like that strawberry smoothie flavor. Any other ideas?

Blueberries go really well with banana and yogurt smoothie. Fresh or frozen, doesn’t matter.

What about making banana pudding which uses a lot of milk. If you have some chocolate around, you could make frozen bananas dipped in chocolate. Or banana bread.

It's hard to make a decent smoothie without some kind of frozen somewhat tart fruit because the bananas alone are too sweet for my taste and need something like strawberries, mango or a less sweet fruit to balance the flavor profile.

You can add peanut butter and/or chocolate chips.

Or you can make ice cream-- https://www.bbcgoodfood.com/re.....ogurt
