Almond Flour
Hemp seed
Chia seed
Flax seed

Coconut oil
Avocado oil
Olive oil
MCT oil

Lox
Cheese
Eggs
Unsweetened Almond milk
Avocados
Other low carb produce Frozen and Fresh
Salmon
Chicken
Beef

These are the things I pick up that are low carb when I go to Costco
I try not to buy the nuts because if I have such a big bag I will snack on them

In order to fix insulin resistance try not to snack in between meals.

If yes, my own pareve Costco shopping list includes:
( I get meat from a wholesale because I live out of town but if I lived in town I’d probably buy it there)

Salmon
Avocado oil
Mixed Raw nuts that my husband roasts and seasons
Coffee
Eggs
Frozen cauliflower and broccoli ( to make purée)
Salmon
Occasionally some other fish that we can buy with skin
Tuna cans ( not bishul Yisrael)
Almond flour ( we don’t use a lot just like to have on hand occasionally)
Avocados
Tomatoes
Celery
Carrots
Green beans
Zucchini
Shallots
Onions
Base 1 ingredient dried spices like garlic, onion, paprika, salt, pepper and occasionally other spices too as needed. We make our own spice mixes ( sorry no recipe used) and adjust by adding others when we want a change.

We don’t really eat ‘snacks’ but eat real food when hungry. We find that most low carb snacks are full of processed garbage and bad oils( pufa) so we tend to either make our own version or just do without. Trust me, eating real food, low carb, many people find that they don’t need to snack and are able to just eat well at meals.

The jerky there is great.

It’s cheap, fresh and low carb.
