I have a very nice recipe for vegetable lasagne. I'm making it for the freezer for post birth. It has aubergine, peper, zucchini, onion and mushrooms inside. Now I want to put only very little of the aubergine and the peper as it can make stomach pain for the baby. Anything I can use instead that will be nice in lasagna?

You can saute a nice colorful mix of vegetables that are ok for your baby. How about zucchini, yellow squash, carrot and mushroom?
