Hi tech savvy friends,
I'm wondering if you can help me figure out why my camera doesn't work on two Toshiba laptops. Every time I try to put my children on zoom meetings, the camera box is blank. The blue light on top of the screen next to the actual camera is on, but the part where our faces should be showing is blank. Can you help me figure this out?

Sign in to Zoom and go to settings. Click on meetings, then make sure that ' always turn off video' is unchecked. Good luck.
