I freeze matbucha, but the tomatos are cooked so it is fine. I would not freeze this if the tomatoes are raw, it might be mushy when defrosted.

Probably but the consistency may change. I would experiment by freezing a little bit and then thawing again

I did freeze it and it became very watery when defrosted, but tastes ok.
