You can make cheese salad. Dice a little bit of purple onion, red pepper and yellow pepper. Add just a little bit of sour cream. Add salt and a drop of paprika.
There are many cheesecake recipes that call for farmer cheese. You can do cheese blintzes or Cheese latkes.
