I have my bachelors, where can I go for a Masters in Special Ed online, looking for a low cost option, Touro looks like 25K+. TIA.

If it is a Jewish program it will be very expensive, online or in person.
If cost is a major factor, I recommend you look at other programs.
I don't know much about online graduate programs, but I am sure you can google for ideas of where to apply.

Are you in NY, their website seems to say it is for Massachusetts license...
