I don’t remember where on this forum I saw it, but someone posted a Kineret cookie hack. Something of putting them in a ramekin? I don’t remember exactly what the recipe was, but if anyone knows what I’m talking about?! I would love to know what it is

Place one cookie in a cupcake holder put a square of parve chocolate and then top with another cookie. Bake on 350 for 25 minutes
Or you could make a s’mores pie
Place cookie dough in a ready made graham cracker crust. Put squares of chocolate between the cookies. Top with marshmallows and chunks of chocolate
Bake 350 for 25-30 minutes.
You could also make it individual in mini graham cracker crusts.

Put a (raw) cookie into a mini pie crust (the frozen ones). Add a square of chocolate under it if you want. Bake at 350 for about 15 min (until crust starts to turn golden). YUM!!

Put Duncan Hines brownie mix in ready made pie crust and cookie dough on top. Always a hit!
