Does anyone else get a rash from the first spring sun?
This happens every year, some time in March or April.
It's weird because it only appears on the top of my lower arms, nowhere else (like on my face or neck). It's super itchy and can take weeks to disappear.

This year it was worse than ever - and also seems to be taking longer to disappear.

Anyone else get this?

Not sure if this is the same. I have kids who get a rash from the sun through out the summer. When they were younger I took them to the Dr the first few times it happened. Dr called it a sun allergy and said they really couldn't be in sun for extended periods and when they were it could only be with a huge sun hat and sunscreen. This was years ago, don't know if they still have this issue. At first I thought it was cuz my child is very fair skinned, but the next to have it wasn't so light. Those years it was so difficult for me and for them to stay inside. I ended up finally finding a sunscreen that helped lessen the rash they would get.

My fair child got this as well; our doctor recommended Benadryl.
