Can I braise flank steak? I have one in the freezer and my family doesn’t like it grilled anymore

I wish I knew what sort of cut it is, since I've never seen kosher flank steak. Does it look lean, marblized?

It should do ok with braising, just might not be the most juicy since it's lean.

Oh well, I was hoping for something soft and saucy. Maybe I’ll just grill it anyway. Thanks for the advice!

OOTBubby does a London broil roast with sauce in the oven. You can try it.

Flank steak is great for Mongolian beef, or other beef Chinese dishes!
